Each customer organization we represent is assigned a GMLx Customer Service Agent enabling the CSA to become familiar with the client’s product lines, services, and core business goals. Therefore, whenever a customer contacts GMLx, they will communicate with the same person they are accustomed to, allowing the agent to efficiently handle a variety of inquiries.
